MiniPro (trade name: Memolin, "we", "our") sets forth this Privacy Policy regarding handling of user data in the Discord voice bot service "Memolin" (the "Service").

Article 1 (Scope)

This Policy applies to information we collect and use in connection with the Service and our website.

Article 2 (Information We Collect)

  • Information provided by Discord (user ID, server ID, username)
  • Data handled through the Service (voice data, transcripts, summaries, command inputs)
  • Subscription and billing information required for payment operations (managed by Stripe)
  • Website usage data (cookies, analytics data, browsing environment information)

Article 3 (Purpose of Use)

  • Providing and operating transcription and summary features
  • User support, including identity verification when necessary
  • Abuse prevention, incident response, and security operations
  • Subscription, cancellation, refund, and related contract operations
  • Service analytics and improvement using anonymized or aggregated data only

Article 4 (Processors and External Services)

To provide the Service, we may rely on Discord, Stripe, and AI service providers (Google, OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS) and entrust processing to them as necessary.

We do not use user data for AI model training, retraining, fine-tuning, or any equivalent learning purpose, unless we have the user's explicit consent.

Article 5 (Provision to Third Parties)

We do not provide personal data to unrelated third parties without user consent, except where permitted by law.

Article 6 (Cookies and Outbound Transfer)

Article 7 (Retention)

  • Free plan: up to 7 days
  • Starter plan: up to 90 days
  • Pro plan: unlimited
  • Business plan: unlimited

Upon a valid deletion request, we delete data within a reasonable period. Data may be retained longer where required by law.

Article 8 (Security Measures)

We implement reasonable safeguards including encrypted transport, access controls, and audit logging to reduce risks of leakage, loss, and damage.

Article 9 (User Rights)

Users may request access, correction, deletion, or suspension of use of their data via support@memolin.app. We may request Discord user ID, server ID, target data scope, and identity verification details.

We respond within 30 days in principle. Exceptions apply where retention is legally required or necessary for fraud and security investigations.

Article 10 (Age Requirement)

The Service is not intended for users under the higher of 13 years old or the minimum legal age required in their jurisdiction.

Article 11 (Changes)

We may revise this Policy due to legal or operational changes. Updates take effect when posted on this page.
