MiniPro (trade name: Memolin, "we", "our") sets this Privacy Policy for data handling in the Discord voice bot service "Memolin" (the "Service").

Article 1 (Scope)

This Policy applies to information we collect and use in connection with the Service.

Article 2 (Information We Collect)

  • Information provided by Discord (user ID, server ID, username)
  • Data handled through the Service (voice data, transcripts, summaries, command inputs)
  • Subscription and billing information required for payment operations (managed by Stripe)

Article 3 (Purpose of Use)

  • Providing and operating transcription and summary features
  • User support, including identity verification when needed
  • Abuse prevention, incident response, and security operations
  • Subscription, cancellation, and refund operations
  • Service analytics and improvement using anonymized or aggregated data only

Article 4 (Retention)

  • Free plan: up to 7 days
  • Starter plan: up to 30 days
  • Pro plan: unlimited
  • Business plan: unlimited

Upon valid deletion requests, we delete data within a reasonable period. Data may be retained longer where required by law.

Article 5 (Third-Party Services and Processors)

The Service uses Discord, Stripe, and AI providers (Google, OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS). We may share data with these processors only to the extent required to operate the Service.

Article 6 (Provision to Third Parties)

We do not provide personal data to unrelated third parties without consent, except where permitted by law.

Article 7 (Prohibited Uses)

We do not use Discord-related data for any of the following:

  • Selling, renting, or disclosing data to unrelated third parties
  • Targeted advertising or ad network delivery
  • Individual profiling purposes
  • AI model training without user consent

Article 8 (User Rights and Deletion Requests)

Users may request access, correction, deletion, or suspension of use of their data by emailing support@memolin.app. We may request Discord user ID, server ID, target data scope, and identity verification details.

We respond within 30 days in principle. Exceptions apply where retention is legally required or necessary for fraud/security investigations.

Article 9 (Security Measures)

We implement reasonable safeguards, including encrypted transport, access control, and audit logging, to reduce risks of leakage, loss, and damage.

Article 10 (Age Requirement)

The Service is not intended for users under the higher of 13 years old or the minimum legal age required in their jurisdiction.

Article 11 (Changes)

We may update this Policy due to legal or operational changes. Updates take effect when posted on this page.
