Communication is protected by TLS, and stored data is encrypted and stored securely. Audio is temporarily stored for processing, and transcripts and summaries are stored for a period according to the plan (Free: 7 days, Lite: 30 days, Standard: 90 days, Pro: 180 days, Custom: Contact us).
