Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free Trial

Paid plans include a 7-day free trial. The first paid charge is applied automatically when the trial ends.

2. Standard Refund Window

For standard cases, refunds are available only when requested within 7 days of the first paid charge via support@memolin.app.

3. Defect or Service Failure Handling

If a material defect or service unavailability is confirmed, we will provide either a full refund or a free re-provision of the service, depending on the case.

4. Non-Refundable Charges

Renewal charges after the first paid charge are non-refundable, except in the defect/service failure cases described above.

5. How to Cancel

Open member.memolin.app/billing and complete cancellation in the Stripe customer portal.

  • After cancellation, access remains available until the end of the already-paid billing period.
  • If cancellation is not completed before renewal, the next billing cycle will be charged.

6. Receipts and Qualified Invoices

Please use Stripe receipts (email or customer portal). We are not a qualified invoice issuer in Japan, and qualified invoices are not available.

7. Response Time

For refund and cancellation requests, we provide an initial response within 72 business hours in principle.
