Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy sets the refund and cancellation terms for Memolin paid plans. Matters not defined here are governed by the Terms of Service and Commercial Disclosure.

1. Scope

This policy applies to Paid Plans (Lite, Standard, Pro, and individually contracted plans). No charge is applied to the Free Plan, so refunds do not apply.

2. Start of Billing

Paid Plans are charged when the user subscribes. If a free trial or coupon is offered, it will be shown on the subscription screen or in individual guidance.

3. Refund Window for the First Charge

In standard cases, refunds are available only when requested within 7 days of the first paid charge via support@memolin.app.

4. Charges After the First Billing Cycle

Renewal charges after the first paid charge are non-refundable, except for the defect or service failure cases in Article 5.

5. Defect or Service Failure

If a material defect or service unavailability is confirmed, we will respond in a reasonable manner depending on the case, such as a full refund, partial refund, free re-provision, extension of the usage period, or service credit. Events caused by External Services, user environments, network environments, or user settings are generally not eligible for refunds.

6. Cancellation Method and Effect

Users can cancel through the Stripe customer portal at dev-member.memolin.app/servers.

  • After cancellation, access remains available until the end of the already-paid billing period.
  • If cancellation is not completed before renewal, the next billing cycle will be charged.

7. Nature of Digital Services

The Service is a digital service, and returns are not available once provision has started. Even where a refund is provided, exchange losses, card issuer fees, communication costs, and other incidental expenses incurred by the user are not refundable unless required by law. If applicable law requires a refund, that law will prevail.
