Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy sets the refund and cancellation terms for Memolin paid plans. Matters not defined here are governed by the Terms of Service and Commercial Disclosure.
1. Scope
This policy applies to Paid Plans (Starter, Pro, Business). No charge is applied to the Free Plan, so refunds do not apply.
2. Free Trial
Paid Plans include a 7-day free trial. Unless canceled before the trial ends, the first paid charge is applied automatically.
3. Refund Window for the First Charge
In standard cases, refunds are available only when requested within 7 days of the first paid charge via support@memolin.app.
4. Charges After the First Billing Cycle
Renewal charges after the first paid charge are non-refundable, except for the defect or service failure cases in Article 5.
5. Defect or Service Failure
If a material defect or service unavailability is confirmed, we will provide either a full refund or a free re-provision of the service, depending on the case.
6. Cancellation Method and Effect
Users can cancel through the Stripe customer portal at member.memolin.app/billing.
- After cancellation, access remains available until the end of the already-paid billing period.
- If cancellation is not completed before renewal, the next billing cycle will be charged.
7. Nature of Digital Services
The Service is a digital service, and returns are not available once provision has started. If applicable law requires a refund, that law will prevail.
