These Terms of Service ("Terms") define the conditions for using "Memolin" (the "Service"), provided by MiniPro (trade name: Memolin, "we", "our").

Article 1 (Applicability)

By using the Service, users agree to these Terms.

Article 2 (External Rules)

Users must comply with Discord Terms of Service, Discord Developer Terms, Discord Developer Policy, and other applicable platform rules. Any conflicting use is prohibited.

Article 3 (Service Description)

The Service provides Discord-based voice recognition, transcription, and summary features.

Article 4 (Prohibited Conduct)

  • Violating laws or public order and morals
  • Infringing rights of third parties or us
  • Unauthorized access or interference with operations
  • Any use violating Discord or Service policies

Article 5 (Billing and Subscription)

  • Paid plans are billed monthly in USD.
  • A 7-day free trial applies before the first paid charge.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew monthly until canceled.
  • Final charged amounts may vary due to taxes, exchange rates, or card issuer fees.

Article 6 (Cancellation and Refunds)

Users can cancel via member.memolin.app/billing. Access remains available until the end of the paid billing period. Refund conditions follow the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Article 7 (Data Handling)

Collection, use, retention, and deletion of data are governed by the Privacy Policy. If there is any conflict, the Privacy Policy takes precedence for data handling matters.

Article 8 (Intellectual Property)

All intellectual property rights related to the Service belong to us or legitimate right holders.

Article 9 (Disclaimer and Liability)

  1. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties including completeness, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
  2. Except for willful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the Service.
  3. If mandatory laws apply, this article is interpreted to the extent required by such laws.

Article 10 (Service Changes and Termination)

We may modify or discontinue the Service when reasonably necessary.

Article 11 (Changes to Terms)

We may revise these Terms as needed. Revised Terms become effective when published on this page.

Article 12 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms are governed by Japanese law. The court having jurisdiction over our principal business location shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance.
