Memolin uses OpenAI's latest speech recognition models and achieves high-precision transcription in clear audio environments. Accuracy may vary depending on speaker voice quality, accent, and background noise.

Where is the meeting recording data stored?

Communication is protected by TLS, and stored data is encrypted and stored securely. Audio is temporarily stored for processing, and transcripts and summaries are stored for a period according to the plan (Free: 7 days, Starter: 90 days, Pro/Business: Unlimited).

Can multiple meetings be recorded simultaneously?

Yes, Memolin can simultaneously record meetings in multiple voice channels within the same server. Simply run the recording command in each voice channel to start simultaneous recording across multiple channels. To record in multiple channels simultaneously, the bot (Recorin) needs to be present in each channel, so you may need to invite Recorin to additional channels as needed. The number of concurrent channels depends on your plan.

Is integration with external services possible?

Currently we focus on Discord integration. We are considering integration with major services like Notion, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Teams, and plan to add them based on user needs and feedback. We welcome your requests and feedback.

Does it support languages other than Japanese?
